A Quintessential Mountain Hideaway

Madho Bhawan was constructed after Raghu Niwas, which is why it has a more modern layout. Both Raghu Niwas and Madho Bhawan are interconnected, with ample space to both explore and enjoy one’s privacy.

The Rooms

Madho Bhawan is a two-story house with 10 rooms - 4 two-room suites and 2 individual rooms. There is a common open verandah on the ground floor and a glass verandah on the first floor that acts as a common sitting area. The long glass verandah serves as a wonderful place to spend afternoons and evenings, with an unobstructed view of the Doon Valley.

The Surroundings

The covered verandah and the open lawn in Madho Bhawan are great places to sip tea, play games or simply sit and watch the kids play.  Madho Bhawan is easily accessible for people who may have difficulty in walking or climbing stairs. The car drives right up to the hotel and a few steps take you into the room. For those who don't feel like walking far, the lawns are large enough to feel the sense of openness that is a delightful experience in the hills.
